You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at jilli. This is a strict PAGCOR requirement. Any account found to belong to an underage person will be closed immediately.
Each player may hold only one jilli account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and balances.
jilli services are available to persons physically located in the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and may result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilli login credentials. jilli is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
Funds wagered at jilli are real Philippine Peso. jilli does not extend credit. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. Responsible gaming tools are available in your account settings.
jilli operates under a valid PAGCOR license. These Terms and all jilli operations are governed by Philippine law. All disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilli ("jilli," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilli.vu ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with jilli's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one jilli account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. jilli employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts and associated balances — including any winnings accumulated therein — are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilli login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. jilli will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilli immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
jilli may at any time, in its sole discretion, require you to undergo identity verification ("KYC") procedures. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and such other documents as jilli may reasonably require. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by jilli, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. jilli does not accept cash deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. jilli does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method is the same as or consistent with the deposit method (anti-money laundering compliance); and (d) jilli's internal review processes. jilli aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes advertised on the Platform but cannot guarantee processing within any specific period.
jilli complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. jilli may suspend, delay, or decline any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activity. jilli reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities without notifying the account holder.
All games available on jilli are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly and specifically address the situation. jilli uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for electronic table games and slots. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, dice, and roulette wheels — under controlled studio conditions.
jilli reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any game round where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that: (a) a technical malfunction has occurred; (b) a bet was placed in error or contrary to these Terms; or (c) fraudulent activity is suspected. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
jilli offers bonuses and promotional offers subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotional page. Unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise: (a) bonuses are non-transferable and non-cashable; (b) bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn; (c) jilli reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice; and (d) jilli may withhold bonus payments where it determines that the promotion has been abused or exploited through coordinated, automated, or otherwise unfair play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilli and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on jilli, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials ("IP"), is owned by or licensed to jilli and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of jilli's IP without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilli shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by factors beyond jilli's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events; or (d) the content or accuracy of third-party materials accessible through the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jilli's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
jilli reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account is being used for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period; or (d) continued account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jilli.
Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus obligations, fees, and any amounts subject to dispute will be returned to the Player via the original payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilli support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
jilli is committed to responsible gaming. jilli provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. jilli reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice unless immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the jilli Platform. jilli's operations are conducted pursuant to a valid PAGCOR license, and PAGCOR's regulatory framework applies to all aspects of Platform operation.
